When it comes to day to day life, it's easy to get bogged down in routine and lose momentum. I know the feeling that feeling all too well, and I'm always looking for new ways to reboot, get motivated and shake things up. Here are 4 super simple ways to improve your life.
Podcasts are incredible, not only are they full of amazing information, humour and advice, they’re totally free! There’s literally a podcast for everything and you can listen wherever you go, or whenever you need a quick injection of motivation.
Podcasts are great way to surround yourself with positive people and get all those good vibes with very little effort. Literally my favourite thing at the moment, here are a few of my current favourites:

It’s amazing what a simple meditation can do for you, Headspace and other meditation apps are a great way of taking a moment to relax and detach form the daily pressures of life. Using these simple guided meditations you can improve your mood, peace of mind and even sleep better.

Learn something new
Learning something new is an amazing way to reignite your creativity and boost your motivation. For new skills, I use Skillshare which gives you access to thousands of courses where you can learn pretty much anything you can think of.

A great tool to combat a bad day is gratitude. No matter how bad your day, week, month or year has been there’s always something you can be grateful for. Take a moment at the end of each day to think of those things, or write them down.
You can literally turn a bad day on it’s head by writing out just a few of the things you’re grateful for.

I’m grateful that I food to eat, a place to sleep, friends to rely on, passions and dreams for the future.
