SMOOTHIE BOWLS | PLANT BASED BREAKFAST IDEAS


 I firmly believe that all smoothies should be consumed in a bowl, not as a drink. There's something about eating it with a spoon with all those yummy toppings that make it so much more satisfying. On the whole, my diet is mainly plant-based, including my breakfast. This little bowl of goodness is definitely we go-to during the summer when it's warm. 


Not only do they look amazing on your the gram, they're also an amazing way to start the day with goodness, nutirents, and vitamins. The great thing is you can literally throw it together with the contents of your kitchen - awesome. 

SMOOTHIE BOWLS | PLANT BASED BREAKFAST IDEAS

Here is an idea of  some of the things I use to put my morning smoothie bowl together: 
  • Frozen Fruit (berries and mango are the best)
  • Bananas
  • Acai Power (if I'm feeling fancy - you can buy it on amazon, here)
  • Seeds like; Flax, Chia etc 
  • Any other fruit you've got laying around
  • Spinach too, because everyone swears you can't taste it! 


Blend it all together with some water/ plant-based milk or coconut water, add your toppings and voila! Super simple, super tasty and SO good for you too! Now you can look super trendy on Instagram too! ha!
